Sure-Dry stabilized the affected basement corner by installing PowerBrace™ steel beams along with a GeoLock® wall anchor system. These systems were strategically placed to reinforce the small, unaddressed section while integrating seamlessly with the previously installed waterproofing solutions.
The basement corner is now fully secured, ensuring consistent protection and long-term structural performance throughout the foundation.

Beneath the home, a series of SmartJack® supports were set to lift and stabilize sagging beams, with torque and load verification performed based on Wisconsin soil conditions to ensure reliable long-term performance.
