This home in Wausau was suffering from old, worn out basement windows which were deteriorating and leaking. To fix this, we installed new energy-efficient Everlast windows which are vinyl, easy-opening, and airtight to not only keep bugs and critters out, but also making it very energy-efficient. Our crew at Sure-Dry came to a home in Wausau, WI to eliminate water and water vapor that was seeping through their concrete walls.
To eliminate the water we installed a WaterGuard System below the floor slab that will collect water that falls down to the ground. It will then carry it to the sump pump to be discharged out.
Then, we encapsulated their basement walls with CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a waterproof liner that blocks out all water and water vapor from seeping through. The CleanSpace will redirect the water down to the WaterGuard below to be discharged out. With anti-microbial protection called UltraFresh built into the CleanSpace, no mold or mildew will grow.
