Our home was built in 2019 and we have Epitone composite basement walls and concrete footings and floor. There is one area where water is coming in, and has now happened a 2nd time during a heavy rain. About 2.5 gallons is mopped up. If we are in your service area we would like to have someone come out to look into options to fix this. The tricky part is we just drywalled the basement as we were starting to finish it. We will cut back drywall as needed to find and fix the problem. The only other thing that has been changed was we had gutterguards installed to help keep the leaves etc out of the gutters. Thank you

My home is 6 years old never leaked anywhere. The entire basement is finished off except for utility room. There is a sewer pipe going through the basement wall about 3' below the ground. The walls are poured it is leaking in around that pipe. It is also coming in through the breaker panel again a hole in the concrete where the water is going I believe because the frost is so deep? I'm getting about 60 gallons a day not counting all the towels I use to keep it from going into the other areas. I have a 1/4" tube stuck in between the sewer pipe and the outer edge of the hole. This runs into some 30 gallon container
