Failing Block Foundation Walls Repaired & Stabilized with GeoLock Anchors in Wisconsin Rapids, WI

The homeowner in Wisconsin Rapids, WI had previously addressed foundation concerns on several basement walls with a PowerBrace Wall Stabilization System. During a later inspection, additional foundation walls in other areas of the basement showed signs of inward movement and cracking caused by lateral soil pressure. Sure-Dry stabilized the remaining affected walls using the GeoLock Wall Anchor System. While the existing PowerBrace system continued to support the previously repaired walls, the GeoLock anchors were installed on separate foundation walls requiring reinforcement. The anchors were embedded in stable soil beyond the foundation and connected to galvanized steel interior anchor plates, helping counteract ongoing soil pressure and stabilize the walls against future movement.
