Before: A homeowner in Neenah, WI contacted Sure-Dry after noticing sections of their concrete driveway and front walkway had become uneven and settled over time. After: Sure-Dry inspected the driveway and front walkway and identified multiple settlement areas beneath the affected concrete slabs. To restore the surfaces, the crew installed PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam beneath the settled sections to carefully lift and level the concrete back into position. Unlike traditional mudjacking methods, PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam is lightweight, cures quickly, and helps reduce additional stress on weakened soils beneath the slab. Once the lifting process was completed, the joints and cracks were sealed using NexusPro Concrete Joint Sealant to help prevent future water intrusion and soil washout beneath the driveway and walkway.
The completed repair restored a safer and more uniform concrete surface while helping protect the slabs against continued settlement common throughout Neenah and the Fox Valley area.
