Before:
A homeowner in Crandon noticed cracking and inward movement along a crawl space foundation wall. Seasonal soil pressure made the wall bow, and the floors above began to feel uneven with occasional sticking doors—clear signs the structure needed stabilization.

After:
We installed the PowerBrace™ Wall Repair System inside the crawl space, using zinc-coated steel I-beams anchored at the slab/footing and secured to adjustable brackets at the floor system. This provides immediate stabilization in tight, low-clearance conditions and allows for periodic tightening to help straighten the wall over time.

With PowerBrace, the crawl space wall is stabilized, the floor system above is protected, and the homeowner has confidence in the long-term safety of the home.

A homeowner in Crandon was dealing with a damp, musty crawl space. Exposed soil and seasonal moisture led to high humidity, condensation on wood, and cold first-floor rooms—especially near the rim joists where outside air leaked in.

After:
We encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace® vapor barrier (floor, walls, and wrapped piers), insulated the walls with SilverGlo® rigid foam, air-sealed the rim joists with RimTight™, and installed an UltraSump® system to actively remove any collected water—even during outages with its battery backup.

Before:

We injected PolyLevel® beneath the settled slabs to fill voids and precisely lift the concrete back to a level, properly pitched position. Then we sealed joints and cracks with NexusPro®, a flexible, UV-resistant sealant (installed over backer where needed) and finished with color-match sand for a clean look.

The surfaces are now level, safer to use, and better protected against water intrusion and seasonal movement.
