We injected PolyLevel® beneath the affected garage slabs and the walkway panels to fill voids and lift each section back to proper elevation. Inside the garage, we restored a clean seal at the overhead door, corrected the pitch to shed water, and smoothed the man-door approach. Outside, the walkway panels were brought flush to the stoop for a safe, even step. We then routed, cleaned, and sealed joints and cracks with NexusPro®—including garage control joints and the walkway seams—to block water intrusion and accommodate seasonal movement.

This block wall foundation in Wausaukee had considerable cracks and gaps which was causing water and other materials to get inside of the home, and the bigger issue of the home losing stability. After inspecting the home, our team determined the issue was being caused by a 10'x10' cement porch on that side of the home which was cracked approximately 8" on each side and had sunk at least 2". This caused that side of the home to crack and separate the foundation. To fix the issue, PolyLevel® Injection foam was injected beneath the concrete slab to fill in the gaps caused by soil erosion and to raise and stabilize the concrete.
