Using our PolyLevel® foam system, we raised the sunken concrete slabs back to their proper position—improving safety and redirecting water flow away from the home. We also sealed the cracks and joints with NexusPro®, a waterproof, flexible sealant that keeps moisture out and extends the life of the concrete.

The floor of this garage in Wisconsin Rapids, WI had definitely seen some better days.  Years of soil erosion underneath the floor had caused some major sinking, eventually leading to the major cracks you see in the before picture.  

To lift and level the garage floor, Sure-Dry utilized their PolyLevel® Injection Foam System.  PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.
