Before:
A homeowner in Nekoosa had settlement along the walkway to the front door and at the garage threshold. Toe-stubbing lips formed at panel joints, step heights were uneven at the entry, and the slab in front of the garage dropped enough to leave a gap at the door seal—letting water and road salt creep under the concrete.

After:
We injected PolyLevel® beneath the settled walkway panels and the slab in front of the garage, filling voids and lifting in controlled increments to restore smooth transitions, uniform step heights, and a tight seal at the garage door. Small (penny-size) injection ports were patched for a clean finish.

The approach is now level, safer to use, and pitched to move water away from the home.

The homeowners in Grand Marsh were dealing with uneven and settling concrete slabs, resulting in trip hazards and poor water drainage around their property. During inspection, the slabs showed soil settlement, separation at the joints, and widening cracks caused by seasonal freeze–thaw cycles and sandy local soils losing support over time. After:
