Sure Dry did an awesome job. I am very pleased with the work. I  do feel bad about the snow storm but the crew still came and got the job done. Thank you. I was impressed Dave helped me carry my full wet dry vac up the steps and helped me empty it outside. My sump pump had stopped working and the sump hole was full of water. He made me understand the product I was getting in my home.

They did a thorough hands-on inspection and clearly explained the processes. Mario and the other two men were extremely pleasant and professional. They worked nonstop and finished the entire job in one day. They also consulted with us on any questions we had and explained the work they were doing. The crew did a tremendous job of cleaning everything up before they left. We were also impressed with the presentation and the fact that Derek actually went into the crawlspace to inspect everything.
