I was impressed Dave helped me carry my full wet dry vac up the steps and helped me empty it outside. My sump pump had stopped working and the sump hole was full of water. He made me understand the product I was getting in my home.

They did a thorough hands-on inspection and clearly explained the processes. Mario and the other two men were extremely pleasant and professional. The SureDry team did a great job of giving thorough explanations of options and both positives and negatives beforehand. Love my new Santa Fe dehumidifier and don't mind going down to the basement anymore. Within just a few days the humidity was down and the basement smelled much better. Humidity was at about 70% and dropped down to almost 50% in just 2 or 3 days. Well worth the money spent. Thank you!
