The salesperson gave me all the options to keep my basement dry and let me choose. Did not pressure me or tell me what I "needed" to have done. Also informed me that if I wanted to do more at a later date, this would not be a problem.
The installation crew was on time, friendly, and explained the procedure and what needed to be done.
