"Doug & Jenny, I wanted to take the opportunity to send you this email regarding my recent experience with your company. Recently I had  water leak into my home and I had to begin the task of finding a contractor who could come out and help me determine where the water was coming from and how it could be fixed. My experience in finding good dependable contractors, who respond and return phone calls, is usually an unpleasant task in the rural area that I am in. I have had many negative experiences with contractors such as landscaping, roofing, heating and cooling Etc. In a lot of cases I have had companies either fail to return phone calls or show up, promises to deliver a quote and then never follow through, or just fail to show up at all when scheduled dates were agreed upon. Actions that are astounding to me considering each of these businesses are customer service related and one would think that good service delivery is key to a successful business.   I again contacted several companies seeking assistance and solutions to my problem. Yours was the best experience I encountered. My first contact was with Betty and she was not only very helpful but very understanding as well. She followed up promptly and worked with me in scheduling an inspection time. I had to change the date after originally scheduling one to which she handled and called me back on the exact dates and times she said she would. Excellent customer service skills.   Then my encounter with Zack Thomas who was the systems design specialist that performed the inspection. Zack was not only knowledgeable but also very honest. Actually pointing out certain things that other contractors had failed to notice. His theory on how and where the water was coming from and how it could be remedied actually saved me several dollars had I choses to take the advice of the other contractors. I also had an experience with another system designer by the name of Chris, (sorry I didn't get his last name) due to a scheduling change in the inspection appointment.   You should know that both these young gentlemen represented your company very well. I could tell that not only did they both enjoy what they do for a living, more importantly they liked who they worked for. They both spoke compassionately about your company's offerings. They honestly provided recommendations that fit best for me instead of trying to falsely push through a sale on a process that I didn't need, especially after traveling so far for the inspection. That told me they were trained to think about customer satisfaction first instead of a bottom line. A philosophy not performed by your competitors, particularly one right in Appleton.    I thought it important to send you both this email in order to recognize the effort of good employees but to also compliment your company's success. Most of the contractors I have ended up using were from networking with neighbors. Word of mouth referrals based on good experiences and satisfaction on the work performed. I will definitely recommend Sure-Dry Solutions to anyone I come in contact with having water leakage. Thank you,  M.C"

Very friendly, courteous office staff, and the workers were excellent. It is great to have a dry basement.

If I would rate the crew 1-10 I'd give them 1000!  Awesome crew.  Get them a BIG raise.  Foreman beyond excellent.  You guys are lucky to have them.  

Excellent sales presentation. Knew your products well and recommended the right solution. The installation crew were good workers. Joe was easy to deal with and listened to the ways I needed the inside of my sump piping to run on the wall. 

He always tries to help.  He is the best technician ever....Ryan does a great job!  

Friendly, conversational, didn't even scold me for accidentally stepping in the fresh concrete, although it made more work & maybe a laugh later.

I got two estimates. The estimate and explanation of what system was recommended was best from Sure-Dry.

CJ Malueg was very helpful and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and called to see if he could come early which was very much appreciated. 

The crew was great and the salesperson was always available to address my questions.

Your installation crew was very courteous, very hard-working and very concerned with our satisfaction! You convinced me that external foundation fixes were not as likely to produce the desire dry basement result and I liked the material covering the ugly, stained basement walls. Most important is the transferable 25-year guarantee! Your personnel are knowledgeable, courteous, patient and responsive, in addition to being pleasant and caring about our satisfaction. Now we await the next big rain with curiosity not rubber boots and gloves for clean-up!
