Concrete Lifting & Sealing in Green Bay, WI

Before: Sinking Concrete at Garage & Sidewalk

In Green Bay, this homeowner noticed the concrete in front of their three garage doors and the sidewalk at the edge of the driveway had dropped about 1–2 inches. That small drop was enough to cause a jarring bump when pulling in and became a tripping concern at the sidewalk. Water was also starting to pool in the low spots—raising concerns about long-term damage.

They wanted a clean, permanent fix that didn’t involve tearing out and re-pouring the concrete.

After: Lifted, Leveled & Fully Sealed

We used PolyLevel® to carefully raise the sunken slabs to the correct height, restoring a smooth transition at all garage doors and evening out the sidewalk. Then, to protect the joints and prevent water from getting beneath the concrete, we applied NexusPro®, our ultra-durable, flexible joint sealant.

Now, everything is level, sealed, and built to last—with improved drainage and no more trip hazards.

Cracked and Sunken Concrete Driveway Repaired in Green Bay, WI

Before: A homeowner in Green Bay, WI contacted Sure-Dry after noticing sections of their driveway and garage floor had become uneven and settled over time. The sinking concrete created tripping hazards, allowed water to collect near the garage entrance, and made pulling vehicles into the garage less smooth throughout the year. Like many homes throughout Brown County and Northeast Wisconsin, repeated freeze-thaw cycles and shifting soils beneath the slabs had caused the concrete to crack and sink. The homeowner was searching for a concrete lifting company and concrete leveling contractor that could restore the existing concrete without the expense and disruption of replacement.
Traditional mudjacking, also referred to as slab jacking, can place additional weight on already unstable soils and often requires larger drill holes throughout the slab surface. The homeowner wanted a long-lasting concrete floor repair solution that would improve drainage, appearance, and safety around the driveway and garage area.

After: Sure-Dry inspected the driveway and garage floor and identified several settlement areas beneath the concrete slabs. To restore the surfaces, the crew installed PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam beneath the affected sections to carefully lift and level the concrete back into position. Unlike traditional mudjacking methods, PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam is lightweight, cures quickly, and helps reduce additional stress on weakened soils beneath the slab. Once the lifting process was completed, the joints and cracks were sealed using NexusPro Concrete Joint Sealant to help reduce future water intrusion and soil washout beneath the driveway and garage floor.
The completed repair restored a smoother and safer concrete surface while helping protect the slabs against continued settlement common throughout Green Bay and Northeast Wisconsin.

Concrete Driveway, Walkway, and Garage Floor Repaired in Green Bay, WI

Before: A homeowner in Green Bay, WI had a large concrete driveway, front walkway, and set of front entry steps that had all started settling and shifting over the years. Several driveway slabs had dropped enough to create rough transitions when pulling in, and the walkway leading up to the front steps had become uneven and awkward to walk across. The front steps themselves had also shifted out of level, making the entire entrance area look worn down and creating a real tripping hazard for anyone coming up to the house.
Like a lot of homes around Brown County, years of freeze-thaw weather and moisture working underneath the concrete had slowly caused the supporting soils to settle and wash out. The homeowner wanted to get everything straightened back out and safer to use without having to replace such a large amount of concrete.

After: Sure-Dry used PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam to carefully lift and stabilize the large driveway, front walkway, and entry steps back closer to level. By injecting the foam beneath the slabs and steps, the crew was able to fill the empty spaces underneath and raise the settled concrete without tearing out and replacing the existing surfaces. Compared to traditional mudjacking methods, PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam is lightweight, cures quickly, and works especially well on larger projects that require more precise lifting throughout multiple sections of concrete.
After the leveling work was completed, the joints and cracks were sealed using NexusPro Concrete Joint Sealant to help keep water from getting back underneath the slabs. By the end of the project, the driveway had smoother transitions, the walkway and steps felt much safer to use, and the entire front entrance of the home looked cleaner, straighter, and much more put together overall.

PowerBraces Stabilizing the Future in Green Bay, WI

PowerBraces were used in this job to stabilize their basement walls. These walls over time, due to the pressure of the soil on the concrete walls outside, has forced the walls to bow into the home.

Our crew reinforced these walls with 13 PowerBraces. These galvanized steel beams have the power and strength to push the wall back to its original up right position.
