Compared with traditional mudjacking, PolyLevel requires smaller injection holes, adds significantly less weight beneath already-settled concrete and cures quickly with minimal disruption.

Once the slabs were stabilized and leveled, NexusPro® was applied to the appropriate joints and cracks. The flexible sealant helps prevent water from entering beneath the sidewalk where it could contribute to soil erosion, void formation and future settlement.

With the concrete lifted, stabilized and vulnerable openings sealed, this Little Chute homeowner now has a smoother, safer and better-protected sidewalk that's better prepared for Wisconsin's changing weather conditions.

GeoLock Wall Anchors were used in areas where anchoring the wall to stable soil outside the home provided the best solution. Steel rods connect the interior wall plates to earth anchors positioned in undisturbed soil beyond the foundation, providing strong lateral support against continued movement.

Using both systems allowed Sure-Dry to tailor the repair to the actual condition of the foundation instead of forcing one solution throughout the basement.

The collected water is then directed into a SuperSump®, where it is pumped safely away from the foundation.

The three components work together as one waterproofing system: CleanSpace manages moisture coming through the walls, WaterGuard captures and channels incoming water, and SuperSump removes it from the home.
