Together, they form a trifecta of protection and improvement for any crawl space. Tucked away underneath a home in Irma, WI, was a crawl space begging for a transformation. Initially a damp, dark, and forgotten lobe of the house, it was anything but usable. But take a look at the change we sparked! As evidenced in the photos, Notice in the before image, how cramped and neglected the area appears; but then, feast your eyes on the after photo. We didn't just aim to make it accessible; we were on a mission to revitalize the entire space. Using CleanSpace, we banished the moist despair, replacing it with a dry, welcoming bright white canvas. SilverGlo panels then stepped up to insulate the walls, reflecting back into the home, thus cost-cutting the energy expenses. But we didn't stop there. To ensure this newfound paradise remained pristine, we introduced our SaniDry Sedona - turning the cry for a comfortable space into a tangible, breathable reality. 

To lift sunken floors above, our crew installed SmartJacks to their crawlspace. SmartJacks lift the above floors back to their correct location and can be adjusted at any time. 

Check out the before and after of this crawl space in Minocqua, WI that was suffering from severe moisture issues, which was leading to rotting wood and mold growth, and was causing the home above to suffer from high humidity, foul/musty odors, and structural issues. To fix these issues, we fully encapsulated (sealed) the crawl space with our crawl space Vapor Barrier system. The homeowners were thrilled with the results and excited to enjoy a drier, more comfortable, and better-smelling home.

Before:
The homeowner had a damp, musty crawl space with exposed soil and seasonal puddling near the access. Humid outside air and pests were entering through an unsealed hatch, leading to condensation on ducts, cold floors above, and persistent odors throughout the home.

After:
We encapsulated the crawl space with the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, mechanically fastened up walls and sealed across the floor with tight, taped seams. A SuperSump® was installed to collect and discharge any groundwater or condensation. To control humidity year-round, we added a Sedona dehumidifier set to maintain healthy RH levels and piped its condensate to the sump. Finally, we installed a Turtle™ crawl space entrance cover to create a weather-tight, pest-resistant access point.

The crawl space is now clean, dry, and isolated from outdoor air—improving comfort and air quality in the living space above.
