Inside the garage, we restored a clean seal at the overhead door, corrected the pitch to shed water, and smoothed the man-door approach. We then routed, cleaned, and sealed joints and cracks with NexusPro®—including garage control joints and the walkway seams—to block water intrusion and accommodate seasonal movement.
