Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

When opened cracks and joints are left unattended in a driveway, the driveway becomes more susceptible for cracks and concrete slabs sinking. This is true because when water seeps through the cracks and joints, it washes out the soil beneath, causing the soil to seep and crack. 

To solve this problem before any cracks or seeping take place, we apply NexusPro. This extremely adhesive glue will hold the slabs together while also blocking out water due to its waterproof material.

In the "before" photo, notice the uneven concrete slabs at this Lake Tomahawk, WI home, which posed a tripping risk for visitors. Before:
A homeowner in Weyauwega had a sunken patio beneath a large deck. Shaded, damp conditions and washout caused panels to settle toward the house, creating trip edges at the posts and gaps that funneled water toward the foundation.

After:
We injected PolyLevel® beneath the settled slabs to fill voids and gently lift the patio back to a level, properly pitched position, then sealed joints and cracks with

NexusPro®, installing backer where needed and finishing with color-match sand for a clean look.

The patio is now even underfoot, sheds water away from the home, and has sealed joints to help prevent future settlement.
