This older home in Theresa, WI was suffering from numerous foundation, moisture and humidity issues that the homeowners knew needed to be taken care of. A combination of GeoLock Wall Anchors and our PowerBrace Wall Stabilizing System were used to stabilize the walls four walls of the foundation. To fix the basement water issues, we then installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, TripleSafe Sump Pump, CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier to efficiently collect and dispose of any water entering the basement. An IceGuard Discharge Line was then installed on the outside of the home to ensure that water exiting the house didn't freeze and backup. Then to help with the humidity and air quality issues, we installed our Sedona SaniDry Dehumidifier and Aspen Air Purification Systems These homeowners were thrilled that their home is now stabilized, waterproofed and safe to live in again.

PolyLevel Injection Foam was used on the concrete slabs to lift, level and stabilize them and then DecoShield Concrete Sealant was used to improve the appearance of the mismatched concrete and to protect it against chemicals and UV rays. Finally, NexusPro Crack Sealant was used to fill the cracks and gaps.

A Turtle Access Point Door was installed to allow for easier access into the crawlspace for the homeowners and then. We then installed a full-perimeter drainage system along with a Sump Pump designed specifically for crawl spaces, laid Drainage Matting and CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation on the floor, insulated the walls with SilverGlo insulation, and used RimTitefoam insulation to fix the water and moisture issues in this crawl space, and keep the area dry and energy-efficient. A SaniDry Sedona whole-home dehumidification air system was also installed to remove and keep out moisture and mold. The solutions we proposed remedied the dampness and smells and made the entire house healthier.
