Before:

We installed the CleanSpace® wall system around the basement perimeter—sealing seams and mechanically fastening the liner to block vapor and channel wall moisture to the home’s drainage path. We also upgraded the pumping equipment to a TripleSafe® sump system with a primary pump, high-capacity secondary, and a battery-backup pump under a sealed lid with alarm.

The walls were then lined with a CleanSpace® wall system to create a bright, durable vapor barrier that directs any wall moisture down into the drainage channel while improving the appearance and feel of the space. All collected water is routed to a new TripleSafe® sump pump system, providing multiple levels of pump protection in a sealed basin to handle everyday flow, high-demand events, and power outages.
