After a thorough inspection, the Sure-Dry team recommended lifting and stabilizing the settled concrete using PolyLevel® High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam and sealing the cracks and joints with NexusPro® Concrete Joint Sealant. PolyLevel is an advanced alternative to traditional mudjacking, sometimes referred to as slab jacking, which uses a heavy cement-based slurry to raise concrete. Unlike mudjacking, PolyLevel is lightweight, cures quickly, requires smaller injection holes, and provides precise lifting while placing less weight on the supporting soils. NexusPro was applied to the existing cracks and joints to help prevent future water intrusion and deterioration.

The driveway, front walkway, and front porch steps were carefully lifted back toward their original position, creating a safer and more attractive entrance to the home. The completed concrete lifting and concrete leveling project eliminated major tripping hazards, restored the appearance of the property, and provided the homeowner with a long-lasting solution designed to withstand Green Bay's changing weather conditions.
