Sure-Dry Before & After Photos

Before:
A poured concrete foundation showed classic distress: a horizontal crack near mid-height with slight inward bowing, plus diagonal cracking from corners and light seepage at the wall–floor (cove) joint after storms. Humidity and musty odors lingered, and the aging sump offered little redundancy.

After:
We stabilized the wall with the PowerBrace™ I-beam system to resist lateral soil pressure and allow for incremental tightening toward plumb. We installed WaterGuard® interior drainage to capture cove-joint seepage and tied it into a TripleSafe® sump (primary, secondary, and battery-backup pumps under a sealed lid with alarm). We finished the walls with CleanSpace® to block vapor and direct any wall moisture into the drain.

Now the basement is structurally secure, clean, and dry—with dependable protection during heavy rains and power outages.

Before:
A homeowner in Spencer had settlement at the garage threshold and along the sidewalk to the front door. Uneven lips created trip hazards, gaps collected water and debris, and rain tended to run toward the foundation.

After:
We injected PolyLevel® beneath the garage slab edge and the settled sidewalk panels, filling voids and lifting the concrete in controlled increments to restore smooth transitions and proper pitch. Small (penny-size) injection ports were patched for a clean finish.

The entry and walkway are now level, safer to use, and shed water away from the home.

Before:
A homeowner in Spencer had sagging, bouncy floors over a crawl space. Old wood posts sat on soil, shims were crushed, and seasonal moisture had softened bearing points—leading to dips along the main beam and sticky doors upstairs.

After:
We installed SmartJack® adjustable steel supports on engineered footings, added a supplemental steel beam where spans were over-stressed, and pre-loaded the jacks to re-establish proper bearing and reduce floor deflection.

The floors are now solid and level, and the home has a clean, adjustable support system for long-term stability.

Water damage solved by replacement of old sump pump with Super Sump Pump with Ultra sump battery backup system. When combined with our WaterGuard Drainage System and CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier this provided a fully waterproofed basement.
