To resolve this, we installed the IceGuard System. When or if their pipes freeze underground, the water will still flow out through the slits on top of the IceGuard. That way the water won't back up into their sump pump and flood their basement. 

A large section of this patio had sunk several inches, causing a tripping hazard. Using our PolyLevel Injection Foam system, we raised and stabilized the sunken slabs back up to flush height.
