Before: A homeowner in Neenah, WI contacted Sure-Dry after noticing sections of their concrete driveway and front walkway had become uneven and settled over time. Before

This Neenah, WI home had a poured concrete foundation, but water was still finding its way into the basement. The crew then applied NexusPro® to the cracks and joints throughout the repaired areas. NexusPro remains flexible with seasonal concrete movement while helping reduce the amount of water that can travel through these openings and reach the supporting soils below.

With the driveway, walkway, and front porch addressed as one comprehensive project, the home's exterior concrete now has improved support, smoother transitions, and additional protection against future settlement.
