Unlike mudjacking, which pumps a heavy cement-based slurry beneath settled concrete, PolyLevel uses lightweight expanding polyurethane foam injected through small holes in the slab. The material fills voids beneath the concrete and allows the slabs to be carefully lifted toward their proper positions without adding significant weight to the underlying soils. Sure-Dry then applied NexusPro Concrete Joint Sealant to applicable joints and cracks, helping limit water infiltration beneath the repaired concrete.
The homeowner now has more level, stable concrete at both the front and rear of the home, improving the appearance and safety of the primary walkway, entrance, and outdoor patio area.
