Before:
In Eagle River, WI, a homeowner contacted Sure-Dry after noticing musty odors, cool floors, and high humidity inside their home. Upon inspection, our team found a damp, unsealed crawl space with exposed soil, deteriorating insulation, and signs of condensation on joists and foundation walls. The lack of vapor protection and insulation allowed ground moisture and cold air to enter freely — creating uncomfortable living conditions and potential long-term structural risks.

After:
Sure-Dry transformed the space by installing the CleanSpace® vapor barrier system to fully encapsulate and seal the crawl space floor and walls, preventing ground moisture from entering. To improve energy efficiency and thermal protection, SilverGlo® insulation panels were installed along the perimeter walls, creating a reflective, insulated barrier that helps regulate temperature year-round. Finally, a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier was added to maintain balanced humidity and clean air throughout the crawl space.
The result is a bright, dry, and insulated environment that enhances comfort, protects the home’s structure, and ensures long-term moisture control and energy savings.
