Ice Guard was installed on a sump pump discharge line to prevent water exiting the sump pump from freezing. Sump pump discharge lines are fed outside the home, meaning it's possible they could freeze during the cold winter months. A backed-up discharge line means your sump pump won't work properly in the event of water in your basement, which will make the flooding much worse. Our solution to this problem is the IceGuard® discharge line system.

The IceGuard® fits over the top of your discharge line to provide water with a secondary escape route. When the main line is working correctly, water simply flows out as usual. However, when the discharge line is frozen, the IceGuard® allows water to escape through slotted openings in the drain pipe. This ensures that any water your sump pump is removing from your basement is safely cleared away outside your home, preventing any backed-up or frozen lines. The IceGuard® is compatible with all our sump pump systems.

When our team arrived in Winneconne, WI, the homeowner was faced with cracked and uneven concrete, making their walkway unsafe and unsightly, as you can see in the before photo. Before:
An old farmhouse in Winneconne showed classic signs of structural stress: a block/stone basement wall with stair-step and horizontal cracking, slight inward bowing, bouncy first-floor rooms, and makeshift wood posts with stacked shims under the main beam.

After:
We installed the PowerBrace™ wall repair system to stabilize the failing foundation wall and added SmartJack® adjustable steel supports under the beam, set on engineered footings and tightened to restore bearing and reduce floor deflection.

The wall is now stabilized and the floors are level and solid, protecting the home’s structure for the long term.

Before:
A homeowner in Winneconne saw water along the wall–floor (cove) joint after storms, plus elevated humidity and a musty odor that lingered in the living space. With an older pump, they also worried about reliability during power flickers.

After:
We installed WaterGuard® interior perimeter drainage to intercept seepage at the cove joint and route it to a TripleSafe® sump system (primary, secondary, and battery-backup pumps under a sealed lid with alarm). To stabilize moisture in the air, we added a SaniDry™ dehumidifier set to maintain ~45–50% RH with a dedicated drain.

Now the basement stays clean, dry, and comfortable year-round—with dependable pumping during outages and steady humidity for better air quality.

Before:
A homeowner in Winneconne had a settled garage floor slab. The concrete dropped near the overhead door, leaving a lip at the threshold, widening cracks, and gaps along control joints that let water and road salt seep beneath the slab.

After:
We injected PolyLevel® beneath the garage floor to fill voids and precisely lift the slab back to a uniform, garage-door–tight seal. We then sealed control joints and active cracks with NexusPro®, installing backer where needed and finishing with color-match sand for a clean look.

The garage floor is now level, the door seals properly, and joints are protected against water intrusion and freeze–thaw damage.
