One corner of basement gets wet every time is rains, at least partially due to poor grading. Another corner got wet once because the gutters clogged during a big storm. Concerned that moisture could be growing mold behind finished basement walls in those places and would like the house regraded and sealed if that's what it needs. Concrete around garage is also slumping. House from 1994.

The only item I didn't get was a good understanding of new sump pump pit that was installed and it's "options", etc. Otherwise crew was great and salesperson was always available to address my questions.

He is an extremely pleasant and professional individual who clearly explained and then corrected the leaking cause. He showed additional concern when giving me instructions on follow-up action to take, and to notify him within three days to update him on this solution status. The only thing is that I would have liked a reminder call the day before or even in the morning of the install day? So I would have a better idea of when the install crew would show up. But I guess that is the same with all companies?
