Sagging Floors Stabilized with SmartJack System in Saint Cloud, WI

Before: In Saint Cloud, WI, our customer faced issues with sagging floors and insufficient support under their crawl space. This led to uneven flooring and concerns over structural integrity. Notice in the photo how the weakened floor joists caused floor bounce and sagging.

After: We expertly addressed these concerns by in installing our SmartJack System. As shown in the after photo, the galvanized steel columns now stabilize the crawl space beams. This provides a secure and enduring solution, lifting the floors back to their original elevation while enhancing stability and eliminating floor bounce.
