I am very satisfied. We had a water problem in three different sports in our basement for years. It is SO NICE to not have any water problems now.  CJ Malueg was very informative and helpful. He even emptied my dehumidifier for me and explained how important it was to set it so no mold can grow.  I was very impressed and appreciative. Nowadays a person doesn't find employees that go above and beyond in their service like SureDry does. 

They were on time, were very polite and professional. They even addressed and made time for another project in the basement. They worked hard and everything was done in a reasonable amount of time. They cleaned up any and all messes!!
