Excellent company and employees. You all have a right to be proud of the work you do. The salesperson was professional, considerate, and willing to answer questions.  The installation crew was clean, neat, personable, and hardworking. They left everything in wonderful shape.  SureDry turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. 

Sure Dry did an awesome job. I am very pleased with the work. I  do feel bad about the snow storm but the crew still came and got the job done. Thank you. I was impressed Dave helped me carry my full wet dry vac up the steps and helped me empty it outside. My sump pump had stopped working and the sump hole was full of water. He made me understand the product I was getting in my home. 

Randy made the process easy and definitely knew his stuff. The installation crew not only did a great job, they were personable, professional, efficient, and thorough. Also, appreciated the care they took in cleaning up before they left. Good communication throughout. Kudos to your employees and also to the person hiring and training them. I am so happy with the work and everything looked so nice when finished. In the 27 years that we have lived here, we have always had water in our basement until it was just flooding all the time. You are very professional with a prompt call back, confirmations of estimate and installation appointments, and very knowledgeable staff. The installation crew was well groomed, clean work clothing and courteous crew. They worked very well together and completed the project quickly.
