i was sent a questionnaire that I spent time on which was supposed to be given to the foreman. I spelled out my concerns as well as pointing out where the key was to get into my cottage. Installers never got this form which created wasted time for them and me. I do not even know if suredry has charged my credit card for the job. I have yet to receive an invoice or a paid receipt.
