Assessment:

Solution & Steps:

1. Lift & stabilize (PolyLevel®): Mapped lift points, drilled small (~⅝") injection ports, and injected expanding polyurethane foam in controlled increments. Using a laser level, we restored target elevations and corrected drainage away from the garage and entry points.

2. Seal & protect (NexusPro®): Routed and cleaned cracks and control joints, installed backer where needed, and applied NexusPro for a flexible, UV-resistant seal that keeps water out and tolerates temperature swings.

3. Finish: Patched injection ports with non-shrink grout and cleaned the work areas for a neat, professional look.

Outcome:
The homeowner regained level, stable concrete with properly sealed joints and improved drainage—often ready for foot traffic the same day and vehicle traffic the following day. The repair boosts safety, curb appeal, and durability without the cost and disruption of replacement.

3. Rim sealing (RimTight™): Air-sealed and insulated the rim joist band to stop infiltration, reduce cold floors, and minimize condensation risk.

4. Water management (SuperSump®): Set a sealed sump liner with high-quality pump, alarm, and check valve; routed discharge per code and verified flow.

5. Humidity control (Sedona): Installed and calibrated the dehumidifier to a target RH, with condensate routed to the sump for automatic removal and airflow arranged for even circulation.

6. Verification: Restored access, documented baseline humidity/temperature, and reviewed a simple maintenance plan (sump checks, filter changes, quick liner inspections).

Outcome:
The crawl space now maintains stable humidity, resists groundwater intrusion, and is sealed against outdoor air—delivering warmer floors, reduced odors, and long-term protection for the home’s framing and mechanicals.

1. Perimeter capture (WaterGuard®): Saw-cut a narrow trench along problem walls, set WaterGuard atop the footing with wall flange, added cleanout ports, and pitched to the new sump location.

2. Pumping capacity (SuperSump®): Installed a sealed SuperSump liner with check valve, alarm, and serviceable components; routed discharge per code for dependable flow.

3. Wall isolation (CleanSpace®): Mechanically fastened CleanSpace to the foundation walls, sealing seams and penetrations so wall moisture drains into WaterGuard.

4. Humidity control (SaniDry™): Placed and calibrated the dehumidifier to a target RH; condensate line tied into the sump for automatic removal and set for even air circulation.

5. Finish & verification: Restored the concrete over the trench, tested pump/alarm operation, confirmed drainage, and reviewed maintenance (service ports, sump checks, filter changes).

Outcome:
The homeowner now has a continuous path for groundwater, dependable pumping, sealed walls, and controlled humidity—delivering a dry, healthy basement with long-term protection.

When a Green Bay resident inherited her childhood home from her mother she knew it would be her forever home. Together, we came up with a plan to address all of her concerns, so that she did not have to live in fear of her home causing additional health issues.  Sure-Dry installed a full perimeter water control system which included our patented WaterGuard system. When reviewing sump pump options this homeowner opted for our TripleSafe sump system, which includes a battery back-up motor capable of discharging roughly 12,000 gallons of water on a full charge, in the event of a prolonged power outage. We sealed all the walls with our CleanSpace Wall System and addressed her concerns regarding future mold growth with an Aprilaire whole home dehumidification system, which aides in ensuring the relative humidity inside the home is under control.  This homeowner was proud to report that her home back to how she remembered it and that she no longer has to worry water intrusion or health concerns stemming from the basement.  In her words, “Job well done!”
