Before:
A homeowner in Ringle, WI was experiencing persistent basement water issues that worsened after heavy rainfall. Water was seeping through wall-floor joints and pooling along the perimeter, leaving damp floors and musty odors. The existing sump pump was undersized and unreliable, running frequently without fully clearing water. These ongoing conditions risked damage to stored items and promoted humidity throughout the lower level.

After:
To permanently manage groundwater and moisture, our team installed a full WaterGuard® interior drainage system along the basement perimeter to capture seepage before it reached the floor surface. The drainage system was directed into a new TripleSafe® Sump System, providing triple pump redundancy for maximum protection. A Sedona™ dehumidifier was added to maintain dry, conditioned air throughout the space.

Now, this Ringle basement remains dry and protected year-round—with reliable drainage, high-capacity pumping, and balanced humidity control.

Before:
A homeowner in Ringle, WI noticed a large crack forming across the concrete slab in front of their garage. The section had sunk several inches at the joint, creating a sharp lip that made driving in and out difficult. Seasonal freeze–thaw cycles and washout beneath the slab had caused voids, allowing it to settle unevenly and separate from the garage floor.

After:
To restore alignment and prevent further settlement, our team used PolyLevel® expanding foam to lift and stabilize the sunken slab. Once leveled, the large crack and adjoining joints were sealed with NexusPro® silicone sealant to block water intrusion and protect against freeze damage.

Now, the garage approach is even, stable, and watertight—eliminating trip hazards and improving both safety and appearance.

To lift sunken floors above, our crew installed SmartJacks to their crawlspace. SmartJacks lift the above floors back to their correct location and can be adjusted at any time.
