Sure-Dry Before & After Photos

Before:
A Denmark homeowner was dealing with recurring basement water after storms, with seepage appearing along the wall–floor joint. Their existing sump couldn’t keep up during heavy rains, and winter brought a new risk: the exterior discharge line could freeze and back up water into the basement.

After:
We installed the WaterGuard® interior drainage system around the basement perimeter to capture seepage at its point of entry. Collected water now drains to a TripleSafe® sump system that provides three layers of protection—primary pump for everyday flow, a secondary pump for peak demand, and a battery-backup pump for power outages. To prevent winter backups, we added IceGuard® anti-freeze fittings on the exterior discharge.

If the line freezes, IceGuard safely vents water away from the home instead of back into the basement. The result is a dry, reliable basement year-round.

Before:
A Denmark homeowner was dealing with sunken, uneven concrete on the driveway and front walk. Slabs had settled, creating trip hazards and water pooling after rain. Cracks and open joints were widening with each freeze–thaw season, making the problem more visible and raising concerns about long-term damage.

After:
We lifted and stabilized the settled slabs with PolyLevel®, a high-density polyurethane foam injected through small ports to fill voids and raise the concrete back to proper elevation. Once level, we sealed cracks and joints with NexusPro®—a flexible, UV-resistant sealant engineered to handle temperature swings and block water intrusion. The surface is now even, safer to walk on, and protected against future seasonal movement.

Before: A homeowner in Denmark, WI had a concrete sidewalk wrapping around the house toward the back entrance that had slowly settled and shifted over the years. Several sections of the walkway had become uneven enough that it was uncomfortable — and in some spots unsafe — to walk across, especially during wet or icy conditions. The slabs had also started separating at the joints, allowing water to work underneath the concrete and continue washing out the soil below.
Like a lot of homes around Brown County, years of freeze-thaw weather and changing moisture conditions had gradually caused the sidewalk to sink out of level. The homeowner wanted to get the walkway straightened back out and safer to use without replacing the entire sidewalk around the home.

After: Sure-Dry used PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam to lift and stabilize the settled sidewalk leading around the house to the back entrance. By injecting the foam beneath the slabs, the crew was able to fill the empty spaces underneath and carefully raise the concrete back closer to level. Compared to traditional mudjacking methods, PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam is lightweight, cures quickly, and allows for more precise lifting adjustments along walkways like this.
Once the sidewalk was leveled, the joints and cracks were sealed using NexusPro Concrete Joint Sealant to help keep water from getting back underneath the slabs. By the end of the project, the walkway had a much smoother appearance, safer footing around the home, and cleaner transitions leading to the back entrance.
