The homeowner in Marinette, WI had a crawlspace with a concrete floor and exposed brick foundation walls that were experiencing active water intrusion during heavy rain and seasonal snowmelt. Water was entering along the wall-to-floor joint and through the masonry, leading to standing water, elevated humidity, and concern about long-term moisture damage.
Inspection confirmed hydrostatic pressure at the footing, moisture migration through the brick walls, and inadequate pumping capacity to manage groundwater effectively.

After
Sure-Dry installed a complete crawlspace waterproofing and moisture control system, including the WaterGuard® interior drainage system to capture groundwater at the footing and direct it to a new SuperSump® primary sump pump paired with an UltraSump® battery backup for protection during power outages. To control humidity and moisture long-term, a Sedona® dehumidifier was installed to maintain dry, consistent conditions throughout the crawlspace.
The crawlspace is now dry, controlled, and protected from both water intrusion and excess humidity.

The basement bedroom is now code-compliant, brighter, and safer, adding functional living space and long-term value to the home.

Before

Sure-Dry installed a full interior basement waterproofing system to manage groundwater and keep the remodeled basement dry and protected. To support the new living space layout, two properly sized RockWell Egress Window systems with covers were installed, providing safe emergency exits and increased natural light. Each installation was completed with precise foundation cutting and window well placement to integrate cleanly with the finished basement design.
The basement is now dry, code-compliant, and fully functional for finished living space.
