Concrete Sidewalk Lifting and Repair in Green Bay, WI

Before: A homeowner in Green Bay, WI had a front walkway that was starting to settle and separate enough that the problems were becoming hard to ignore. Several slabs had shifted out of level over the years, creating uneven spots throughout the walkway leading to the front door. Large gaps had also formed between the driveway slabs and along the garage area, allowing water, weeds, and debris to work their way underneath the concrete.
Like many homes around Brown County, years of freeze-thaw weather and moisture erosion beneath the slabs had slowly caused the concrete to sink and spread apart. The homeowner wanted to fix the uneven concrete and seal up the large openings before the settling continued getting worse.

After: Sure-Dry used PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam to lift and stabilize the settled driveway and front walkway slabs back closer to level. By injecting the foam beneath the concrete, the crew was able to fill the empty spaces underneath and carefully raise the affected areas without tearing out and replacing the existing driveway and walkway. Compared to traditional mudjacking methods, PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam is lightweight, cures quickly, and works well for correcting uneven slabs with minimal disruption to the property.
After the lifting work was completed, the crew sealed the large gaps and joints throughout the driveway and near the garage using NexusPro Concrete Joint Sealant. This helped keep water from getting back underneath the slabs and cleaned up the appearance of the concrete at the same time. By the end of the project, the driveway and front walkway looked much straighter, the tripping hazards were greatly reduced, and the large open gaps around the garage had been properly sealed up.

Concrete Driveway and Walkway Repaired in Green Bay, WI

Before: A homeowner in Green Bay, WI had started noticing more cracks and uneven sections throughout the driveway and walkways leading to both the front door and the side service door on the garage. Over the years, several slabs had settled enough to create noticeable tripping hazards, especially near the garage entrance and along the main walkway to the home. Some of the joints had also opened up quite a bit, allowing weeds, water, and debris to work underneath the concrete and continue making the settling worse.

Like many homes around Brown County, the combination of freeze-thaw weather and moisture erosion beneath the slabs had slowly caused the concrete to shift out of level. The homeowner wanted to get the walkways and driveway straightened back out before the uneven concrete became a bigger safety issue.

After: Sure-Dry used PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam to lift and stabilize the settled driveway and walkway slabs leading to both the front entrance and garage service door. By injecting the foam beneath the concrete, the crew was able to fill the empty spaces underneath and carefully raise the affected areas back closer to level without tearing out and replacing the existing concrete. Compared to traditional mudjacking methods, PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam is lightweight, cures quickly, and works especially well for correcting uneven walkways and driveway transitions.
Once the lifting work was complete, the cracks and joints were sealed using NexusPro Concrete Joint Sealant to help keep water from getting back underneath the slabs. By the end of the project, the driveway and walkways looked much cleaner, the tripping hazards had been greatly reduced, and the entrances to the home and garage were safer and easier to use.
