In Abbotsford, this homeowner’s driveway and front sidewalk had begun to settle and shift over time, causing noticeable unevenness and gaps between slabs. Sure-Dry used PolyLevel® injection foam to raise the sunken concrete and restore a safe, even surface. We followed up with NexusPro® joint and crack sealant to seal the gaps and prevent water infiltration that can cause future settling.

Now, the sidewalk and driveway are safe, smooth, and protected—no replacement needed.

The foundation in this basement had a large horizontal expansion crack that would consistently leak water into the basement. To permanently repair this, we used our breakthrough crack repair method called the Flexispan Crack Repair System to seal and stop the water from coming in and instead, drain it into the existing floor drainage system.  These homeowners were thrilled that the crack was taken care of and they don't have to worry about it leaking any longer.
