Concrete Leveling & Joint Sealing in Green Bay, WI
Before: Sinking Concrete and Failing Joints
This homeowner in Green Bay had noticed their sidewalk and driveway beginning to settle. Slabs had started to dip and pull apart from each other, causing uneven edges, widening joints, and minor trip hazards. Water was beginning to pool in low areas and seep into the cracks—raising concerns about erosion and future damage.
After: Lifted, Sealed, and Structurally Sound
To restore the concrete, Sure-Dry used PolyLevel® to lift and level the sunken slabs. This expanding foam fills voids and raises the concrete without the need for demolition. Then, we applied NexusPro® joint sealant, a durable and flexible solution that helps prevent future washout and keeps water from penetrating beneath the surface.
Now, the surface is level, sealed, and ready for long-term use—without the cost or disruption of a full replacement.
Basement Bedroom Completed with Installation of Egress Window System in Green Bay, WI
Before:
A homeowner in Green Bay, WI, wanted to install an egress window to bring their basement bedroom up to code. The existing window was too small to meet safety requirements for a legal emergency exit, leaving the room dark and noncompliant for use as a bedroom. The homeowner wanted a professional installation that would ensure code compliance while brightening the space and maintaining proper drainage around the foundation.
After:
Sure-Dry’s crew excavated the area outside the basement wall and installed a complete egress window system, including a large, code-compliant window, a durable well, and a clear cover designed to prevent water and debris from entering the area. Drainage stone was placed at the base of the well to promote proper water flow and long-term reliability. The new installation provided a bright, open, and safe emergency exit that met all local building code requirements.
The homeowner was extremely pleased with the finished result, noting that the basement bedroom now feels brighter, safer, and officially up to code for everyday use.

Concrete Sidewalk Lifting and Repair in Green Bay, WI
Before: A homeowner in Green Bay, WI had a front walkway that was starting to settle and separate enough that the problems were becoming hard to ignore. Several slabs had shifted out of level over the years, creating uneven spots throughout the walkway leading to the front door. Large gaps had also formed between the driveway slabs and along the garage area, allowing water, weeds, and debris to work their way underneath the concrete.
Like many homes around Brown County, years of freeze-thaw weather and moisture erosion beneath the slabs had slowly caused the concrete to sink and spread apart. The homeowner wanted to fix the uneven concrete and seal up the large openings before the settling continued getting worse.
After: Sure-Dry used PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam to lift and stabilize the settled driveway and front walkway slabs back closer to level. By injecting the foam beneath the concrete, the crew was able to fill the empty spaces underneath and carefully raise the affected areas without tearing out and replacing the existing driveway and walkway. Compared to traditional mudjacking methods, PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam is lightweight, cures quickly, and works well for correcting uneven slabs with minimal disruption to the property.
After the lifting work was completed, the crew sealed the large gaps and joints throughout the driveway and near the garage using NexusPro Concrete Joint Sealant. This helped keep water from getting back underneath the slabs and cleaned up the appearance of the concrete at the same time. By the end of the project, the driveway and front walkway looked much straighter, the tripping hazards were greatly reduced, and the large open gaps around the garage had been properly sealed up.
