After:
To preserve the home’s historical character while resolving the moisture problem, the crew installed a WaterGuard® interior drainage system along the base of the rock walls to collect seepage discreetly and prevent water from reaching the basement floor. The stone surfaces were lined with CleanSpace® vapor barrier to isolate moisture and create a clean, controlled wall system suitable for aging masonry. A TripleSafe® sump pump system was added for reliable, triple-redundant pumping performance ideal for Wisconsin’s fluctuating groundwater conditions.
