After living in their home in Hardwood, MI for a couple of years they had recently taken a peek into their crawl space and realized how nasty and unhealthy it was. Eager to fix the problem they gave Sure-Dry a call and in just a couple of days we were out to check the problem.

As soon as, our crew got a good look they started to notice how damp and smelly their crawl space had gotten. The water that had started to collect in there had begun to saturate and started to rot some of the wooden beams. This can affect the health and well-being of the homeowners so the issue needed to be addressed immediately.

Our crew totally encapsulated the entire crawl space with our CleanSpace liner, which is very thick and acts as a waterproof shield to keep water out completely, also giving it a much cleaner look. Since the issue of the rotten beams was also dangerous our crew removed the wooden beams and applied our Supplemental Beams in place for the wooden beams and attached to our Supplemental Beams are our SmartJacks. Our SmartJacks supports the weight of the floor and is made of galvanized steel and will never rot. 

These homeowners now have a dry, clean, healthy crawl space and will never have to worry about rotting beams again thanks to Sure-Dry. 

When homeowners in Hardwood, MI called about wanting to turn their crawlspace into a storage room we had just the solution.

We removed all debris in the crawlspace and then completely encapsulated it in CleanSpace Wall System. This wall system blocks out all water and anything that could ruin their belongings. It is thick and durable enough to avoid any rips or tears.

Before: Eroding Slab and Unstable Floors

This cozy cottage didn’t have a traditional in-ground foundation—it was built directly on a concrete slab. Over the years, erosion under the slab led to cracking, sinking, and noticeably uneven floors throughout the interior. The homeowner started noticing furniture tilting and doors that wouldn’t close properly.

After: Stabilized, Leveled, and Secure

Our team used PolyLevel®, a lightweight yet powerful expanding foam, to fill the voids under the slab, lifting and stabilizing the entire structure from below. We also sealed cracks and joints with NexusPro® to prevent water from getting in and eroding the soil any further.

Now the cottage sits level and stable again—floors feel solid underfoot, and the owner can stop worrying about long-term damage to the structure.

James attached garage floor was cracked down the center, and settling on one side. Sure-Dry came out to lift and level the settled concrete with PolyLevel. With this being done James's garage floor is now a smooth and level surface.
