This basement in Green Bay was suffering from water intrusion and a heavy amount of Iron Ochre, which not only turned everything orange but also clogged up their sump pump and drainage pipes, leading to constant maintenance of their current water control systems to keep everything clear and draining correctly. To help with the additional water issues they were experiencing caused by a new crack in the floor, bleeder lines were installed in the basement floors to help collect additional water coming up through the cracks and get it to their pre-existing TripleSafe Sump Pump to be pumped out of the home.

The driveway was leveled back to its original position with PolyLevel Injection Foam, and then the joints and cracks were sealed with NexusPro Joint Sealant to prevent moisture from causing an issue again.

The weight of concrete and what it supports, combined with natural soil erosion, can lead to sunken and uneven concrete surfaces. And that's exactly what happened to the concrete walkway leading to the front step of this home in Green Bay, WI.
