Concrete Sidewalk Lifted in Little Chute, WI
The homeowner wanted to correct the sinking sidewalk without the mess and added weight associated with traditional mudjacking or slab jacking methods, while preserving the existing concrete surface.
After Sure-Dry restored the settled sidewalk using PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam to carefully lift and stabilize the affected concrete slabs. The lightweight foam was injected beneath the sidewalk through small access points, filling voids beneath the concrete while raising the slabs back toward their original position. Unlike traditional mudjacking methods that rely on heavier grout materials, PolyLevel provides a faster-curing concrete lifting solution with minimal disruption and reduced stress on underlying soils.
After leveling was completed, the joints and cracks were sealed using NexusPro Concrete Joint Sealant to help reduce water intrusion and future soil washout beneath the sidewalk. The completed repair improved both safety and appearance while helping extend the life of the existing concrete walkway.
