The homeowner in Shawano, WI had a basement with sagging floors caused by inadequate structural support beneath the main beams. Over time, floor joists had settled, creating noticeable dips in the living space above and raising concerns about long-term structural integrity.
Inspection confirmed insufficient load-bearing support and soil conditions that allowed continued movement beneath the basement beams.

After
Sure-Dry stabilized and reinforced the basement structure by installing SmartJack® support posts to properly support the main beams and floor joists. The SmartJack system was anchored to engineered footings designed to transfer structural loads to stable soil, allowing controlled lift and permanent support.
The floors above are now stabilized and properly supported, restoring structural confidence and improving the overall safety of the home.

The homeowner in Shawano, WI had a crawl space with exposed earth, elevated humidity, and cold surfaces that allowed moisture and unconditioned air to affect the home above. Damp conditions and uninsulated crawl space walls contributed to musty odors, energy loss, and concerns about long-term wood and air quality issues.
Inspection confirmed poor vapor control, inadequate insulation, and high humidity levels common in northeastern Wisconsin’s seasonal climate.

After
Sure-Dry completed a crawl space encapsulation and conditioning solution using CleanSpace® vapor barrier to fully seal the crawl space floor and walls, blocking ground moisture from entering the space. SilverGlo® insulation was installed to insulate the crawl space walls, improving thermal performance and helping maintain consistent temperatures. To control moisture long-term, a Sedona® dehumidifier was added to regulate humidity and keep the crawlspace dry year-round.
The crawl space is now sealed, insulated, and conditioned, improving comfort, energy efficiency, and overall indoor air quality.

The stability of any concrete surface is dependent on the soils beneath it. The weight of concrete and what it supports, combined with natural soil erosion, can lead to sunken and uneven concrete surfaces, like the driveway of this home in Pickerel, WI.  The sunken concrete caused a dangerous gap between the driveway and the garage floor.  

Sure-Dry Basement Systems was able to lift the concrete of this home's driveway and level it with the garage floor using their PolyLevel® Injection Foam system.  PolyLevel® is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.
