With repetitive water seeping through their basement walls and piling up on the floor, homeowners in Chilton, WI were ready for a solution.

Before:
A homeowner in Chilton noticed one basement wall beginning to bow inward, with horizontal cracking along the mortar joints. The displacement suggested foundation movement caused by exterior soil pressure, creating concern about future structural stability.

After:
A PowerBrace™ wall stabilization system was installed along the affected wall to halt movement and gradually restore alignment. The galvanized steel I-beams were anchored to the basement floor and floor joists for consistent reinforcement.

The crew installed a DryTrak® drainage channel along the interior perimeter to capture wall and floor seepage without disturbing the slab. A TripleSafe™ sump pump system was added to provide triple protection against pump failure and power loss.

The basement now stays dry year-round, and the homeowner can use the space confidently.

Before:

A homeowner in Chilton noticed sections of the driveway and the walkway around the garage had settled unevenly over time. The slabs had dropped at the joints, creating trip hazards and allowing water to drain toward the foundation, increasing the risk of cracking and erosion.

Technicians injected PolyLevel® beneath the settled slabs to lift and stabilize the concrete back to its proper grade. Once leveled, joints and cracks were sealed with NexusPro® to create a watertight, flexible seal that withstands seasonal movement.
