After
Sure-Dry lifted and stabilized the shoreline sidewalk using PolyLevel® Injection Foam to restore proper elevation and alignment without disturbing the surrounding shoreline. Once the slabs were leveled and supported, joints and cracks were sealed with NexusPro® Joint Sealant to block water infiltration and help protect the concrete from future erosion-related damage.
The sidewalk is now level, safe, and properly sealed, restoring secure access along the shoreline and to the boat dock.

To control humidity long-term, a Sedona® dehumidifier was installed to maintain consistent, dry conditions year-round.
The crawlspace is now dry, sealed, and conditioned, improving indoor air quality, energy performance, and long-term protection for the home.

The stability of any concrete surface is dependent on the soils beneath it.
