Cracked and Sunken Concrete Driveway Repaired in Oshkosh, WI

Before: A homeowner in Oshkosh, WI contacted Sure-Dry after noticing sections of their concrete driveway and garage apron had become uneven and settled over time. The sinking concrete created tripping hazards, caused water to collect near the garage entrance, and made snow removal more difficult during Wisconsin winters. Like many homes throughout Winnebago County and the Fox Valley region, repeated freeze-thaw cycles and shifting soils beneath the slabs had caused the concrete to crack and sink. The homeowner was searching for a concrete lifting company and concrete leveling contractor that could restore the existing concrete without the expense and disruption of replacement.

Traditional mudjacking, also referred to as slab jacking, can place additional weight on unstable soils and often requires larger drill holes throughout the slab surface. The homeowner wanted a long-lasting concrete floor repair solution that would improve drainage, appearance, and safety around the driveway and garage entrance.

After: Sure-Dry inspected the driveway and garage apron and identified several settlement areas beneath the concrete slabs. To restore the surfaces, the crew installed PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam beneath the affected sections to carefully lift and level the concrete back into position. Unlike traditional mudjacking methods, PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam is lightweight, cures quickly, and helps reduce additional stress on weakened soils beneath the slab. Once the lifting process was completed, the joints and cracks were sealed using NexusPro Concrete Joint Sealant to help reduce future water intrusion and soil washout beneath the driveway and garage apron.
The completed repair restored a smoother and safer concrete surface while helping protect the slabs against continued settlement common throughout Oshkosh and Central Wisconsin.

Wet Basement Receives Makeover With Sump Pump and Water Control System Installation In Clintonville, WI

Before:

A homeowner in Clintonville was dealing with water leaking into their basement during heavy rains and snowmelt. The existing sump system was unreliable, and downspouts were discharging too close to the foundation, allowing water to re-enter the home. The damp conditions created a constant concern about flooding and long-term moisture damage.

After:

Sure-Dry installed a complete waterproofing system that included a TripleSafe™ sump pump for reliable protection, a WaterGuard® interior drainage system to capture water at the foundation’s edge, and IceGuard® with buried downspouts to carry discharge water safely away from the home.

The homeowner now has a dry, dependable basement and the peace of mind that their waterproofing system will perform year-round — even in freezing conditions.

Sunken and Cracked Concrete Repaired and Stabilized In Clintonville, WI

Before:

A homeowner in Clintonville noticed the concrete at their garage apron and side entrance step had begun to settle and separate, creating uneven surfaces and noticeable gaps. The drop at the doorway made entering the home unsafe, and water was starting to pool near the foundation during rainfall.

After:

Sure-Dry restored the concrete using PolyLevel® to lift and stabilize the settled slabs back to their original position. NexusPro® joint sealant was then applied to fill cracks and gaps, protecting the repaired surfaces from water infiltration and future shifting.

The result was a smooth, level transition into the home and a safer, more durable entryway the homeowner could rely on.
