Sure-Dry Before & After Photos

Our Sure-Dry team arrived at a home in Crandon, WI to remove all water from their crawlspace. 

To accomplish this, we completely covered the crawlspace in CleanSpace, which is a waterproof liner that keeps all water out. That way, no belongings in the crawlspace will  be affected by the water and the floor and floor joists above won't begin to rot and mold.

Before:
A Crandon homeowner was dealing with bouncy, uneven floors and small gaps opening along baseboards. In the crawl space, aging wood posts sat on thin pads over soft soil, allowing the main beam to settle and interior doors to stick. The homeowner wanted a permanent structural fix without a full rebuild.

After:
We installed the SmartJack® adjustable steel support system. Each jack was set on an engineered footing designed to distribute loads and resist settlement. Where spans required it, we added a supplemental steel beam, then tightened the SmartJacks in controlled increments to bring floors back toward level and eliminate bounce.

The result is a stable first floor and an adjustable support system that can be fine-tuned in the future if conditions change.
