Wall deflection measurements were recorded during installation, allowing the system to immediately stabilize the wall while providing the opportunity for gradual straightening during future annual service appointments. To address the water intrusion, the WaterGuard Interior Drainage System was installed around the affected basement perimeter to capture groundwater before it reached the basement floor. PolyLevel was injected beneath the settled garage slabs to fill the voids and carefully lift the concrete back toward its proper position.

The repair improved the transition into the garage while restoring support beneath the slabs. Instead of removing and replacing otherwise usable concrete, the homeowners were able to address the settlement with a minimally invasive concrete lifting solution.
