Before:
An Oakfield homeowner was dealing with bouncy, uneven floors and small gaps opening along baseboards. In the crawl space, several wood posts were bearing on thin pads and soft soil, allowing the floor system to settle over time. The homeowner wanted a permanent, code-compliant fix without a major rebuild.

After:
We installed the SmartJack® adjustable steel support system. Each jack was set on an engineered footing to distribute loads and resist settlement. After adding a supplemental beam where spans required it, we tightened the SmartJacks to lift the framing back toward level and eliminate floor bounce.

An Oakfield homeowner had several settled driveway and walkway slabs that created uneven transitions and pooling water. Open joints and growing cracks allowed more water to penetrate the base, worsening settlement each freeze–thaw season.

After:
We lifted and stabilized the affected slabs with PolyLevel®, injecting lightweight polyurethane beneath the concrete to fill voids and restore proper elevation and pitch. After leveling, we prepared all cracks and control joints and sealed them with NexusPro®, a flexible, UV-resistant joint sealant that blocks water intrusion and accommodates seasonal movement.

The surface is now even, safer, and better protected against future settlement and weathering.

Before:
The homeowner had a damp, musty crawl space with exposed soil and block walls. Seasonal moisture led to odors, condensation on ducts, and uncomfortable floors above. We encapsulated the crawl space with the CleanSpace® vapor barrier. The liner was mechanically fastened and sealed across the floor and up the walls with taped seams and airtight penetrations. We added drainage matting in low spots to promote flow toward the service area and sealed exterior vents to stop humid air from entering.
