Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Full Basement Water Control System Installed in Irma, WI
The homeowner in Irma, WI, had been dealing with ongoing water problems in their basement, as you can see in the before photo. To take care of it, we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, a SuperSump with a 1/3 HP Zoeller pump, an IceGuard for reliable discharge in winter, and a buried discharge line connected to a Bubbler Pot to safely release water away from the home. These steps worked together to transform the space into a dry, protected basement. Now the homeowner can enjoy real, long-term peace of mind without worrying every time it rains.
WaterGuard During Installation
This photo shows the WaterGuard system going in along the footing before the concrete is restored. Installing it below the floor allows water to be managed without changing the look of the finished basement.
WaterGuard System After Installation
With the WaterGuard system in place along the basement perimeter, seepage is captured beneath the floor and directed to the sump pump. The space now stays dry even after heavy rain.
SuperSump Pump System
The SuperSump pump collects water from the drainage system and moves it out of the basement before it can cause problems. It's the main line of defense for keeping the space dry and usable.
IceGuard Discharge Protection
The IceGuard outside the home makes sure water can always escape, even when the main line freezes in winter. This prevents backups and keeps the basement protected during harsh Wisconsin weather.
Buried Discharge with Bubbler Pot
The buried discharge line carries water safely out into the yard, where the Bubbler Pot lets it release gently at the surface. This keeps water away from the foundation without creating puddles near the home.
