Carolyn had lived in her home for 40 years. Every spring she has had water in the basement but her existing sump pump would be able to manage the problem most years. This year was different. When the spring thaw came, Carolyn’s basement flooded with more than two feet of water because her sump pump failed. This caused major damage to the boiler, water heater, and water softener resulting in all three having to be replaced.    

Carolyn decided to call Sure-Dry to get a permanent solution to her water problem. We were able to meet with Carolyn and her two nieces on a Sunday because of their work schedules.
